Once the meal is over, Paul showcases his other talent as a former bass guitarist with the rock group BAD COMPANY. Paul Cullen Music
A professional musician for more than four decades, Paul Cullen was the bass player for the classic rock band Bad Company in the early 90's. It was while he was touring Europe that he developed a passion for fine wine and good food. Today, Paul is a personal chef and certified sommelier and incorporates music into the guests’ dining experience.
He also continues to perform on the big stage, opening up for rock legends Heart and Foreigner recently.
Paul composes and performs using a nylon-string guitar. Since 2007, he has released five solo albums, including his latest, Live in Tuscany, which, he says, “ it pairs perfectly with just about any wine in your glass.”
